Technical Assistance to Regulators and Policymakers

In 2024, Lauren began providing educational and technical assistance to regulators and policymakers on such topics as:

Designing a process for developing a cost allocation tariff for regional transmission projects;
Selecting cost allocation methodologies for regional transmission projects;
Conducting scenario planning for regional and interregional transmission planning;
Implementing the authorities given to states under Order 1920; and
How the regulators in MISO agreed on the Multi-Value Project (MVP) tariff.
